Maryland Outstanding Unit Ribbon - This ribbon will be awarded to all members of the unit which has been selected by the Adjutant General as the outstanding unit of the Maryland Air National Guard and the outstanding unit of the Maryland Army National Guard for the fiscal year. In order to be eligible for award of the ribbon, personnel must have been assigned to the selected unit for at least one day during the qualifying period of the award.
